4. Booking & Payment

• Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

• Fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Coaching services are non-refundable once delivered.
Where coaching packages are purchased, refunds are not available for unused sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

All coaching conversations are treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, materials, and coaching resources are the intellectual property of Fiona Pownall Coaching and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
